All our tires are covered by our Hassle-Free Warranty Promise, which includes a suite of industry-leading protections: our standard limited warranty, tire mileage warranty, and free road hazard warranty. Our standard limited warranty guarantees against manufacturing and material defects. In the event of premature failure caused by such defects, we will prorate the affected tire based on the tread depth remaining at the time of failure and apply the credit towards a new Cosmo tire. Cosmo Tires will not be held responsible for any downtime or damage caused by misuse or improper application of its products.
The Cosmo Road Hazard Warranty covers the first 25% of the tire’s tread life, or 1 year from date of purchase, whichever comes first. Register your tires today to determine eligibility.
Our Mucho Macho, Real Cat 17, TigerTail, Kat Energy, El Jefe HT, Jefe HTL+, El Jefe HT2, El Tigre AT, and the MudKicker MT tires are covered by a limited tread wear warranty. If the tire wears to the tread wear indicators in less than the miles warranted, a prorated adjustment may be made according to actual mileage delivered.
This limited warranty applies to all passenger and light truck tires. In order to be eligible for the warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the tire, have had the tires continuously installed on the original vehicle, and have complied with all use, maintenance and tire rotation requirements.
