1. Eligibility

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. Qualifying purchases must be for personal or household use. Purchases for resale, fleet, commercial, or wholesale purposes are not eligible. TGI Team Members, officers, and directors of TGI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of any such individuals are ineligible. Limit one (1) reward per person and per household for each Qualifying Purchase. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Qualifying Purchase and Registration

A participant becomes eligible by purchasing one or more new Cosmo-brand tires from an authorized Cosmo Tires retailer or online partner located in the United States during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). After purchase, the participant must:

1. Visit the Cosmo Tires warranty registration website at https://cosmotires.com/warranty/ or access it via the QR code displayed at participating retailers;
2. Complete the online registration form in full, including name, mailing address, valid email address, and telephone number;
3. Upload a clear copy of the sales invoice or proof of purchase showing retailer name, date, tire model, quantity, and purchase price; and
4. Submit the form during the Promotion Period.

Acceptable upload formats include PDF, JPG, or PNG files not exceeding 10 MB each. Participation in this promotion is optional and is not a condition of product warranty coverage under any Cosmo Tires warranty. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible submissions will be void. TGI reserves the right to verify all purchases and require additional documentation, including photographs of tire serial numbers, to confirm eligibility. No substitution or transfer of the Kat Kash Code is permitted. TGI reserves the right to substitute an item or value of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

3. Reward Description

Upon verification, eligible participants will receive a unique one-time-use digital code (“Kat Kash Code”) valued at $10 per qualifying tire, up to a maximum of $50 total per household per Qualifying Purchase. The Kat Kash Code:

• Is redeemable exclusively at www.KoolKatShop.com for Cosmo-branded merchandise and apparel;
• Must be applied in full toward a single transaction—any unused value is automatically forfeited;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund;
• May be applied toward the total order amount, including applicable sales tax, but excluding shipping and handling charges;
• Expires on June 30, 2026, regardless of the date of issuance.

Limit one (1) Kat Kash Code per person per household per Qualifying Purchase. Multiple claims using the same proof of purchase or tire serial numbers will be void. For purposes of these Terms, “household” means persons residing at the same street address. Redemptions are subject to merchandise availability and are valid while supplies last.

4. Reward Delivery

Verified participants will receive their Kat Kash Code by email to the address provided during registration within a reasonable time after verification. TGI is not responsible for delays, nondelivery, or failure to receive the Kat Kash Code due to inaccurate information provided by the participant, spam filtering, email blocking, technical malfunctions, or any factors outside TGI’s reasonable control.

5. Fraud Prevention and Verification

All submissions are subject to verification by TGI. Any attempt to submit false information, use altered or duplicate receipts, manipulate serial numbers, or submit multiple entries for the same purchase constitutes fraud and may result in disqualification and potential civil or criminal liability. TGI may employ reasonable technical and procedural controls, including serial-number validation, duplicate-email blocking, and audit sampling, to ensure program integrity. TGI reserves the right to audit submissions and to require participants to provide additional documentation or return improperly issued rewards.

6. Taxes and Accounting Treatment

The Kat Kash Code is promotional and has no cash value. Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt or use of the reward.

7. Data Collection, Use, and Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used by TGI for warranty registration and administration of this promotion and other business purposes in accordance with TGI’s Privacy Policy, available at https://cosmotires.com/privacy-policy/. By submitting warranty information, participants acknowledge TGI’s use of data for promotion administration and warranty purposes. Marketing communications are optional and require the participant’s separate, affirmative consent at the time of form submission. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in any email. With consent, TGI may use participant information to communicate future promotions and product offers across TGI and its affiliated brands. TGI may use, share, disclose, license, or transfer participant information for any lawful business or marketing purpose, including providing such information to affiliates, partners, distributors, or third-party marketing or data partners, subject to TGI’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. All transactions conducted through www.KoolKatShop.com are processed via Shopify Payments, which complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 requirements. TGI does not collect or store payment-card information.

8. Modification, Termination, and General Conditions

TGI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, or to disqualify any participant, if fraud, technical failure, or other causes impair the integrity or proper functioning of the program. TGI will use commercially reasonable efforts to post notice of any material modification or early termination on the promotion landing page. Kat Kash Codes are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or combined with other offers. Proof of transmission or submission does not constitute proof of receipt. TGI is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted submissions, or for technical malfunctions of any network, device, or website. All determinations of eligibility and compliance with these Terms are made by TGI in its sole discretion and are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TGI and its affiliates, officers, team members, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in this promotion or use of the Kat Kash Code. TGI’s aggregate liability to any participant shall not exceed the face value of the Kat Kash Code issued.

10. Governing Law and Venue

This promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By participating, each participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Class Action Waiver

Participants agree to bring any claim arising from this promotion solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and TGI regarding the Kat Kash Rebate promotion and supersede all prior communications or understandings relating to it.
